Rivington Terraced Gardens

Designed by Thomas Mawson between 1906 and 1922, for Lord Leverhulme the industrialist and philanthropist, the gardens are Grade 2 listed.Now owned by the Rivington Heritage Trust and a great place to wander around, full of stone steps,footpaths,bridges and streams.
